Delivery and shipping
We deliver to EU countries from a warehouse in Germany, duty paid and taxed.
For EU corporate customers outside Germany, we offer tax-free intra-Community delivery.
We supply Switzerland from a warehouse in Switzerland, duty paid and taxed.
Orders and deliveries to non EU countries are not directly possible through our online store, as custom duties, taxes and fees are not included in the total displayed price.
If you want to order from a non EU country, please let us know by contact form which items you want to buy in which quantity and in which country the goods are to be delivered.
Our shipping costs include a flat rate for packaging and shipping depending on the weight of the order.
For the EU countries in Zone 1 and Zone 2 orders are possible up to a package weight of 100 kg.

Note: If the order is placed in a different currency zone than the delivery, the shipping costs will be converted at the current rate.

If a delivery is not possible because the purchaser is not found at the delivery address specified by him and the purchaser is not found after a notification by the delivery service, the purchaser bears the costs for the unsuccessful delivery.
Packaging and shipping
Our products are packed by us professionally. Shipping is always at the risk of the buyer. In order to ensure the best possible treatment during transport, we reserve the right to determine the mode and route of shipment. If transport damage nevertheless occurs, the following must be observed: The packages must be inspected immediately upon delivery for their external appearance. Visible damage must be acknowledged immediately on the enclosed invoice. Damaged goods cannot be returned to us without prior agreement.
We make every effort to comply with the delivery times mentioned, but these are not legally binding, but merely indicative. Should we discover while processing your order that products ordered by you are not available, you will be informed separately. If, due to no fault of our own, we are not in a position to deliver the ordered goods because the supplier does not fulfill his contractual obligations, we are entitled to rescind the orderer. In this case, the purchaser will be informed immediately that the ordered product is not available. The legal rights of the customer remain unaffected.
The purchaser has the following payment options available:
• Payment in advance
• Payment on account (from the second order, insofar as the initial order has been paid in full and on time)
You will receive your invoice by e-mail as soon as the delivery date has been determined.
Deductions of any kind (postage, freight, etc.) we cannot accept.
Payment and arrears
In case of default of payment, we are entitled to demand default interest in the amount of 8 percentage points above the base rate. Higher verifiable damage can be claimed.
Payments must always be made in the invoiced currency. Our list prices fixed at the time of delivery apply. All goods remain our property until the full purchase price (invoice amount) is paid or as long as we have other claims to the buyer. In the event of late payment, interest of 5% above the respective discount rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank will be charged. If we have demonstrably incurred a higher damage caused by default, we are entitled to assert this. The minimum reminder fee is € 5.00. We do not accept bills of exchange.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
In the event of default in payment, the seller is entitled to set the delivery of the goods without any time limit and to withdraw from the contract. The buyer is obliged to hand over the delivery item. If the goods were resold or passed on to other persons, the buyer assigns his claims against third parties to us in advance.
